LEADERS MADE OR BORN? Some say leaders are born and other's say leaders are made. Sigma Nu believes both. But, like a sports car, your leadership skills have to continue to be retuned, reshaped, and sometimes replaced. No matter what your skill level or knowledge base —achievement can be determined by your ability to understand, work with and influence people. Success comes from your leadership!

LEADERSHIP + VALUES = LEAD Few programs match the quality of Sigma Nu's LEAD Program. Specifically designed with a $10,000,000 investment, the LEAD Program combines guest facilitators, experiential learning exercises, group simulations and discussions to help young men enhance and develop new leadership qualities. Sigma Nu doesn't want its members to develop as leaders and just use it to benefit Sigma Nu. Instead we want our members to learn how to lead and then join other organizations like the Pryor Leadership Program, American Humanics, Emerging Leaders, Athletics or Student Government and help those organizations become even stronger.
